So... not only did the pre-Constantinian Christians and Jews already have icons, –as the late-second to early-third century church and synagogue unearthed during the excavations at the Dura-Europos archeological site bear historical witness to this indisputable fact–, but the same also holds true for non-Constantinian and even anti-Constantinian Christian heretics... rather odd, isn't it?
