How can the Charming Prince ever defeat the many-headed monster, if each time he cuts one of the Hydra's heads, another one grows straight away to take its place ?
All passions sit on the same throne, sharing the same footstall: When that common foundation is removed, they all fall to their death, as a group of men sentenced to hang, standing on the same scaffold, from underneath whose feet the single supporting platform is instantly removed.
